Terms of Service

Pocket Queens is a tool for organizing home poker games: scheduling, blind clocks, buy-in tracking, results, and club leaderboards. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What Pocket Queens is (and isn't)

Pocket Queens is bookkeeping and tournament-direction software. It does not host gambling, hold player funds, process buy-ins or payouts, or take a cut of any prize pool. All money at your table changes hands outside the service. You are responsible for making sure any game you organize or play in is legal where you live. Do not use the service to run games that are unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You need an account to host or join a club. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Host subscriptions

Hosting a club requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. New hosts get a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and hosting stays active until the end of the paid period. Joining clubs and playing is free. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

Your content

You own what you post (feed posts, comments, photos, game notes). By posting you give us permission to store and display it to your club. Hosts can remove content and members from their club. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Roster data about other people

Hosts can add players to a roster by name, and optionally email or phone, so invites and results work. If you add someone else's details, you are confirming you have their permission. If someone asks you to remove their details, do it, or ask us to.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping, spamming invite links, probing other clubs' data, or interfering with other users. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results, points, or payout calculations are error-free; hosts should confirm final payouts at the table. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we will note it in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
